The Project

Brought in at the 11th hour due to issues with a previous contractor we were tasked with not only supplying a striking rainscreen design in 2 different materials but also the technical challenges of a complex ‘stepping’ façade with multiple window openings of various sizes.

Building during the height of the Covid pandemic also gave a whole new set of challenges that had to be overcome to deliver the project to the high standards that we set.

Utilising both Alter Ego natural limestone and Shackerley ceramic panels the mix of black on white certainly sets this building apart.

Located a stone throw away from the iconic SECC in Glasgow this development offers modern city living but permanent and short term.

With the first occupant moving in early 2021 this development is now at 100% uptake with Phase 2 in the pipeline.
