The Project
In the hearty of the highly desirable and fashionable Jesmond suburb of Newcastle, we were asked to provide a light, slimline glazing option to the façade that was both functional yet fitted with the aesthetic and conservation restraints of the area.
To do this we utilised a range of systems supplied by Aluprof UK to offer a fully designed, fabricated and installed solution.
Constructed and completed during the height of the Covid pandemic the challenges were numerous but ultimately overcome to leave an elegant façade in keeping with the Victorian facades of the local area.
Completed in early spring 2021 it now offers luxury apartments for ‘later living’ and encourages active and sociable retirement options.
