A good night sleep – that’s the Premier Inn motto and in Middlesbrough we do like our sleep when we are not out on the town in our T-shirts! A local project for us with a local developer but still needed to meet the stringent Premier Inn specification.
High acoustic and thermal values are what they PI pride themselves on and this project was no different. Careful product selection and a collaborative approach with our suppliers helped us achieve our goals and ultimately produce a new addition to the Middlesbrough skyline.
Opening in 2018 it has been welcoming well rested travellers and revellers through the doors for some years now – it even welcomed a local delivery driver through the front
