We were appointed by Gilbert Ash at the 11th hour to design, supply and install numerous glazed screens to a new retail park development in Christchurch near Bournemouth.
Let down by their previous contractor who entered administration, we had less than 5 week to mobilise or design and fabrication teams to develop workable site details, order materials and fabricate to the required sizes. Not to mention the co-ordination of the automatic door package which was a challenge with each tenant having their own ‘preferred’ operator type.
The development was completed successfully and on time in 2016 with keystone tenants such as Matalan, Poundland, Aldi, Sports Direct and TK Maxx taking up home shortly after practical completion.
