You can’t do much with a shopfront! Or so we thought. KPS engaged us to develop a complex façade addition in a busy retail park for JD Sports. Having their own mesh branding we needed to come up with something that both matched their branding pattern but also was suitable for use in an external façade – plus it needed to light up on a night!
What we achieved certainly hit the spot with aluminium mesh cassette panels creating the visual with polycarb sheeting adding the necessary strength and protection for the lighting behind.
A smaller, but no less complicated façade was required for Schuh next door. Using shaped Trespa panels in different colours and textures along with a more traditional zinc standing seam surround, this perfectly offset the more industrial look of the JC Sports Façade.
A perfect example of how different materials, colours and façade installation technics can compliment each other to create something spectacular even with a shopfront.
